San Francisco

This project is located at The Oriental Warehouse, a San Francisco Historical Landmark built in 1867 for the Pacific Mail Steamship Co, the first firm to establish a regular mail, passenger, and mail service between the U.S. and the Orient. The building structure primarily uses heavy timber and exposed masonry bricks that offer a perfect juxtaposition against new updated finishes. This design/build project included removing some non-loadbearing walls, relocating plumbing and electrical fixtures, re-wiring, and upgrading all the interior finishes.

Materials used:

- Bathrooms Tile: Porcelanosa large format tiles --Kala White Honed 47"x47". Besides the marble-looking veins patterns are not meant to match any specific alignment, our outstanding installers ended up doing their best to keep the flow and give a natural marble slab look to it.

- Kitchen countertops: Silestone Quartz slabs 3cm thick with a custom integrated sink fabrication.

- Hardwood floors: Legno Bagstone European Floor Valencia 220mmx20mm
